In 2011, Stephen joined P&N in the role of Business Development. Working directly with the Partners, He is responsible for identifying, developing and executing strategies to drive business expansion, including finding new market opportunities, forging strategic relationships, and overseeing the implementation of initiatives aimed at achieving sustainable growth for the Firm.
