Presti & Naegele is pleased to announce Shahid Khoja has joined the firm as a Tax Manager
Shahid Khoja specializes in international tax, with expertise in the financial services industry, working with clients across the globe and advising on U.S. and international tax issues on cross border transactions.
Shahid is an accomplished US and international tax professional joining Presti & Naegele from PwC New York, where he served as a Director on their International Tax Team, working closely with clients in the financial services space such as private equity, hedge funds, and family offices who deployed their capital globally. In this role, Shahid worked on projects structuring deals from a US and international tax standpoint, and has worked on Passive Foreign Investment Company (PFIC), Controlled Foreign Corporations (CFCs), and the newly introduced Global Intangible Low-Taxed Income (GILTI) rules. Shahid has also worked with clients investing in the US and on US Trade or Business matters and US Tax Treaties.

Shahid graduated from Mumbai University, India in 2004 with a major in accounting. Shahid also holds a professional qualification and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2006.
Outside of work, Shahid is extensively involved with community service with the Ismaili Muslim Community and enjoys building relationships, exploring new areas of interest, and is an enthusiast of Cricket, Table Tennis, Lawn Tennis and Soccer.
