We are pleased to announce that Brian M. Whelan, CPA has been admitted to the firm as a partner.

Brian, who has worked with the firm for more than 12 years, becomes the firm’s fifth partner. In addition to his experience in public accounting at Presti & Naegele, Brian gained experience in the private sector as a CFO for a financial consulting company. The experience he has gained from his work in both public accounting and the private sector has allowed him to provide clients with useful and practical advice when it comes to their financial, tax and accounting needs.

We are excited to welcome Brian to our partner group. He has been an important part of our team for many years, and his transition to our partnership is a reflection of the value he brings to our firm and our clients. Brian has been instrumental in the rapid growth of our firm. Bringing Brian into our partner group represents a recognition of the value he has brought to our firm and our clients and our excitement for what he will do in the future.

Brian received his BBA degree in Accounting from Bernard M. Baruch College of the City University of New York.He now specializes in CFO on-the-go services, multi-jurisdictional corporate, partnership and individual taxation. He was recently chosen as an emerging leader in the accounting profession by CCH. Brian is also an Advanced Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
